Remote only retained IT support and Retained IT support. Remote only retained IT support uses only our remote software to fix issues within your business. This level of retained support keeps costs down by only charging for additional work when a site visit is completely necessary. If you need a more complete solution to fix potential problems that may arise, we recommend our more comprehensive plan, Retained IT support. Retained IT support goes a step further to include on-site support from our technicians.

Retained IT Support includes a fixed price. By knowing your support expenses, you are able to budgetaccordingly. Additional costs for support requests are eliminated and without the need to sign off on service requests, we are able to provide a faster response.

Retained support is provided on a fixed price, pre-paid monthly contract. The monthly cost of the retainer is based on the number of servers, computers and users.
